ABOUT  ME

My name is Mario Giannone, and I am a fiction writer from New Jersey. I currently live and work just outside of Philadelphia. I hold an MFA from Cornell University, where I previously served as a lecturer. My fiction has appeared in Electric Literature, StoryQuarterly, Nashville Review, Third Coast, Indiana Review, and elsewhere. I have received grants and fellowships from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, Edith Wharton's The Mount, and the Straw Dog Writers Guild. Currently, I am working on a novel.
